Neuilly-sur-Marne a fait appel aux talents de la restauratrice Virginie Lemaitre afin de remettre en \u00e9tait l&rsquo;immense tableau qui tr\u00f4nait dans la salle du conseil municipal.<\/p><p>Elle a su \u00e9dulcorer avec finesse les stigmates de ce tableau datant du si\u00e8cle\u00a0 et qui dernier et repr\u00e9sentant les plaisirs nautiques noc\u00e9ens des ann\u00e9es 1900, notamment en
